This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) by I.A.T (Internal Audit Technology) Ltd. (“I.A.T, “we”, “our” or “us”) applies to your use of the website https://audit-tech.io/ (the “Site“) (the “Visitors“).

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and make sure that you fully understand and agree to it. You are not legally required to provide us with any Personal Data (defined below) during your use on our Site and may do so (or avoid doing so) at your own free will.

Notwithstanding the following, for information regarding the Personal Data we collect about you during your use of our services, please see your client agreement with us (the “Client Agreement“). In the event of a conflict, the sections of the Client Agreement will prevail.

We have taken steps to ensure that we do not collect more information from you than is necessary for us to provide you with our Site. We may collect, receive and process any information, including your Personal Data and other details submitted, shared or exchanged in connection with the Site. 

We collect the following categories of data (which, to the extent it relates to an identified or identifiable individual, is deemed as “Personal Data“):

 

  1. When you visit our Site we may collect, record or generate certain technical data about you. Including through the use of “cookies” and other tracking technologies (as detailed below). Such data consists of connectivity, technical and aggregated usage data, such as IP addresses and general locations, device data, date and time stamps of usage, etc.

     

  2. When you contact us, you may provide us with Personal Data such as contact details (such as name, e-mail, phone, etc.

     

  3. We use analytics tools to collect data about the use of our Site. Analytics tools collect data such as how often Visitors visit or use the Site, which pages they visit and when, and which website, ad or e-mail message brought them there.

     

We may collect the data independently or with the help of third-party service providers, who may perform our Site experience.
