Lior Mistriel, partner at PwC and head of digital Audit, noted two challenges which had become inherent with traditional manual ITGC Audits.

Solution:
To address these challenges, PwC Israel sought the assistance of AudITech, exploring solutions to enhance ITGC Auditing efficiency and accuracy. AudITech tailors solutions for each advisory partner and builds the partnership over time through the following process:
To kick off this partnership, PwC requested AudITech begin working with one of their clients: Fiverr. The team collaborated closely with PwC and the clients to achieve effective implementation and smooth ITGC audits.
After the implementation and onboarding were completed, AudITech’s Customer Success team monitored the ongoing audits to ensure that the system continued to function properly and to answer any queries the customer or PwC had.
PwC expressed confidence in AudITech’s approach and was pleased with Fiverr’s effective deployment. They subsequently requested to progress to the expanding phase and extend the services to another client, Perion.
Result:
The collaboration provided great results. AudITech successfully automated ITGC audits for Fiverr and Perion, resulting in significant time savings and higher audit accuracy. Our program examined 100% of the population, allowing PwC to gain a more complete understanding of what was going on with the internal controls and take action as needed. This efficiency improvement enabled PwC to provide more effective services, instilling better certainty and confidence in audit outcomes at sign-off.
